Im just started a Rommel Campaign (1940 Europe 7th Pz.Division)

Few words about Scale.
1. Map scale: 3-4 km/Hex
2. Tanks unit coefficient 2. So, Tanks Unit Str [10] mean about 20 tanks.
3. Inf Units scale about 80-100. So, Inf Units Str [10] means about 800-1000 mens.
4. Air Units scale 12 pcs.
5. Art Units: 1:1. But Armored Arty Units have coefficient 2 like Tanks.

Changes in Game Rules:
1. Field Replace Cost changed to 999 %. So, reinforcements only between Scens.
2. Overstrength Cost - 600 %.
3. Upgrade Cost - 70% (instead 100 %)
4. Use SoftCap = 0
5. No more Random Heroes yet

6. Prestige For Surrender - 100 % (instead 50 %)
7. Upgrade penalty. If the unit is upgraded between two different series, it loses 100 experience.

Terrains changes:
1. "Clear" renamed to "Plain"
2. "High Mountains" changed to "Forested Hill"(2 Ini Cap, 2 Entrenchment)
3. "Jungle" changed to "Sand"
4. Additional type of terrain :
- Wadi/ Ravine
- Village
Terrain Stats changed:
- "Hills" now open terrain, but "Forested Hill" - close terrain.
- "Countryside" and "Dunes" entrenchment up to 1.
- "Hills" inicap raise from 5 to 7 (like Dunes)
Also, all terrains (except Plain/Road/City/Port/Village/Airfield) have trait "lowsup".

This is looking to be a more brutal version of Panzer Corps, less forgiving.

I dont think so.
Maintaiance (Fuel/Ammo reload) just happen 1 time in scen (18-20 turn).
But now it will make you remember about it:)
Well...
Most of Units in this Mod are Switchable (not all).
Lets start from Infantry (Class 0).
1. Infantry have a 2 mode (stance):
- Attack mode (lower GD/AD, fast move)
- Defence mode (higher GD/AD, slow move, passive attack).

About
Rommel Unit: it switchable
- Foot Mode - spot 3, captureflag trait
- AC mode - spot 3, reconmove, no captureflag
- Fly mode - spot 3, reconmove, no captureflag

BTW,
in this Mod only dismounted Infantry and Rommel Unit can occupate a Flag.

It sounds like we are in for a treat. There's some good ideas here.
Also, Goose2 will love having 100% surrender prestige.

Same like Fallschirmjager, but INI lower.
Type of movement - Foot Alpine.
6. Pioniere (Max Str 7)
Type of movement: Foot Swimm.
