Hello
I just reinstalled PC2 again because of the new AXIS OPERATIONS - 1939 DLC crash. But its happening again.
If i try other campaign is ok.

If i try to play the 1939 DLC i got crash from Unreal engine check atached screnshoot.

Any advise?

You have got an incomplete installation. Must be an installer issue. Can you remember what installers and in what order you installed? I'll work together with Slitherine guys to find out what went wrong here.

In the mean time, you can download the correct content of this folder here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/7e4crv4yga8a3 ... 9.zip?dl=0
If you copy the content of this archive into the folder you've just shown on the screenshot, the issue should be gone.

Regarding Installation (in this order and from "home / My Page" site section i downloaded):

1. PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.00.03
2. PanzerCorps2-MultiUpdate-v01.01.09
3. PanzerCorps2-MultiDLCSetup-Latest

Hi and thsnks for the suggestion, but I'm on Steam and there are no files on my machine. It also won't let me run MultiUpdate-v01.01.09 Steam automatically updates everything. I'm at a loss right now.

You have a problem in Warndt Forest scenario right? Could you please post your save right before the problem happens?

I know I sound stupid but I have to be honest, there is not any save folders I can find. There aren't any PanzerCorps2 files on my machine only the icon that starts the game thru Steam. I'd like to reinstall the DLC, but I have no way to do that.

I'm having the same problem with the Unreal crash. When I click view directory this is what I get.

Unfortunately, this screenshot does not give me any information. You need to navigate to this folder:
[game install folder]\PanzerCorps2\Content\Campaigns\AO1939
and make a screenshot of it, like geluadi2 did above.

Usually, [game install folder] is C:\Program Files (x86)\Slitherine\PanzerCorps2
So, full path which you need to check is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Slitherine\PanzerCorps2\PanzerCorps2\Content\Campaigns\AO1939

If there is a saved game which you can load and get to Warntd Forest scenario, then there is a corresponding file on your PC. You need to open Documents folder on your PC (see here, for example: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001735.htm), and then go to My Games/Panzer Corps 2/Saves inside that folder. This is where you will find the save.

I had the same problem for which you gave the solution coping this file on the game directory: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7e4crv4yga8a3 ... 9.zip?dl=0 at first everything went ok, but now ending the saarbruken battle it's not possible to continue: the game is blocked. I sent you the screenshot of the situation, the botton "continue" is NOT active and no other option is possible other than getting out of the game with control+alt+cancel

I'm sorry I made 2 mistakes in the previous post: the battle was Orenthal not saarbrucken and the button was "accept" not "continue"

'Unreal Engine 4 Crash Report Description'

I upgraded to Game Version 01.01.09, All Playable content was fine,

I then tried to install the 'Axis Operations - 1939' DLC,

Which, I had recently purchased.

When installing the DLC File 'Panzer Corps 2 -MultiDLCSetUp-Latest' from the 'Matrix' Website.

I observed this DLC as it was being Installed and it appeared this Particular 'DLC' File only contained '.MP3 and .WAV' Files.

I don't see how these files could have facilitated a 'DLC' Game Upgrade.

After Installing,

I tried to launch the Panzer Corps 2 Game and Play the 'Axis Operations - 1939' Campaign, Upon clicking the 'Campaign' selection and starting the ''Axis Operations - 1939' Campaign, I received the 'Unreal Engine 4 Crash Report’ to which I reported to the ‘Engines’ Developer via their automated Report System.

I then reinstalled the game from scratch from the ‘Slitherine’ Website then updated the game to 'Game Version 01.01.09' again before reinstalling the 'Axis Operations - 1939' DLC and again and got the same results as noted above.

Matrix / Slitherine,

Please Fix the ‘Installer’ for this DLC.

Why haven't you installed the DLC via the update 01.01.09?
Why have you done the extra step of installing 'Panzer Corps 2 -MultiDLCSetUp-Latest'? You don't need this extra step.

If I was not clear ....

When I purchased the DLC,

I was given a 'Link' By 'Matrix / Slitherine via Email to 'Download' this 'DLC' from.

This 'Link' was only available to me for a certain length of time.

This is where I obtained the initial 'Panzer Corps 2 1939 DLC,' File, from, your firms website.

I'm on my 4th attempt at reinstalling this game.

Most recent,

I tried to reinstall the entire game from My 'Boxed Set'.

Again, All is fine on the installation and Game play until the DLC is installed.

I have downloaded this 'Panzer Corps 2 1939 DLC' from several Matrix / Slitherine Sources as well as from 'My Page',

On the Matrix / Slitherine Website and from my past experiences that location should have the most recent file available for me to download.

Installing the DLC from any of these files did not solve my problem.

Ever since installing this DLC,

I have had the same results as everbody else on this Post.

I get the 'Game Crash Report', So it's not that, I'm installing the DLC incorrectly.

I get to the '1939 Campaign Screen', just fine, 'click on it' and it then crashes.

Try the following:

1. Uninstall the game
2. Reinstall the game
3. Download the game's last update (Update v1.01.09) file from your your account's download area. (*)
4. Once you have downloaded the file "PanzerCorps2-MultiUpdate-v01.01.09.zip" fully unzip it to a folder in your Hard Disk.
5. After unzipping, you should have two extracted files:
"PanzerCorps2-MultiUpdate-v01.01.09.exe"
"PanzerCorps2-MultiUpdate-v01.01.09.2"
6. Run "PanzerCorps2-MultiUpdate-v01.01.09.exe" to install the game.
7. When asked to insert the serial number, please click in the drop down menu "Select a New Product to Install... " and select "Panzer Corps 2: Axis Operation – 1939" .
Type your "Panzer Corps 2: Axis Operation – 1939" serial number.
8. Click in the button "Activate Serial".
You should see then the DLC name "Panzer Corps 2: Axis Operation – 1939" being added to the list of games displayed in the box named "Setup as detected a valid serial number for:".
9. Then click on the "Next” button in order to proceed with the installation of the game.
