I really like playing Carthage. The Anti, Selu are too easy to win with imnho. All the diodochi seems to be too easy due to the loyalty bonus.

I recommend Dacia and some celtic tribes. Or you can increase the difficulty to suicide and try Rome again, I guarantee it's completely different.
