Slitherine

As an owner of the FM edition, I have downloaded version 1.1.8, which was successfully installed. However, in the game menu, the only DLC that can be selected remains the Spanish Civil War.

I have checked the game folder, where a subfolder "AO1939" was created under "campaigns".

I am using the desktop version of the game.

I solved the problem with a manual install of the 39 dlc.

I have reinstalled the DLC manually. It still does not work for me. The DLC does not appear in the campaign menu.

When I load the last turn of the last SCW scenario, and finish that last turn, I am invited to proceed to the 1939 DLC. However, after having been able to enjoy the briefing for the first scenario, the following error appears:
"This content requires a DLC in order to play. Please make sure that the right DLC is installed and try again."

I have also tried to activate the DLC as an alternative to a full reinstallation of 1.1.8. However, while PC2, PC2 - SCW, and Bonus Content are listed, no new DLC was detected and no new product could be selected to be activated.

I am disappointed.

We're sorry that there are technical issues with the Slitherine version. We're looking into it and working on fixing it as soon as possible. We'll keep you posted.

same issues but i don't understand DLC nor manual install, unless that means use a CD disk? it says i have installed the new 8 version but no 1939? are there any other notable features to look for? thanks hope an EZ remedy is on the way!

The Slitherine version has now been updated and fixed. You should be able to download the update and now the 1939 campaign should show up.

Yes, it does show up after installation of 1.1.8.1

Manual install: (GOG Version)

Just start gog galaxy and download the dlc. Then start it with admin rights and follow the onscreen text.
