AO: SCW Teruel scenario: not receiving the Pz II

There seems to be a bug in the Teruel scenario. When I'm asked at the start of the scenario if I want to trade my commendation points for a Panzer II unit, I accept, but I don't receive the unit.

yup, tested this several times. I do not receive the Panzer 2.

In the meantime, I read somewhere that you get the Pz II after a few turns, and that there is a tool tip that explains it when you hover over the dialog at the beginning of the scenario. I have not tested this myself yet.
