Greetings,
I'm Edmon and I'm known for doing TBS challenge runs and hardest difficulty playthroughs. I also stream on the official Slitherine Group channel. I have a Legend Difficulty Fantasy General II playthrough in progress on my youtube channel which you can find here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9f0YYkM ... RpskYpRtH2
I hope you guys will enjoy it, it will be going out every other day at 16:00 GMT. If you are struggling with the game, will find it enlightening as I cheese my way through some of the harder missions that have tripped people up...
Oh and as for a topic of discussion: Mission 4 on Legendary is almost impossible... lol. I hope you guys will enjoy watching me struggle through that one when that video releases. Anyone else gotten past it on Legend Difficulty?

You Sir Edmon are a glutton for punishment playing this on Legend Difficulty. What a fiendish challenge

After beating Panzer Corps 2 with no aircraft or artillery, I needed a new way to hurt myself.

I´ve almost done the main campaign on legendary Iron Maiden with enemy scaling and might stop by for fun.
When I say almost, its because I never finished the last few missions. Dont know exactly why, by I often loose interest before the last mission. Probably because I like the feeling of a long campaign ahead of me.

Extremely impressive if you did that blind. I have taken losses in about 4 or so missions because there is just no way to know you are walking into a trap (or you start in one in one case) and I took too much damage to realistically continue (no enemy scaling so if you take losses, there will be no mercy and reduced numbers in the next mission to let you recover).

I did have to start from scratch 7-8 times, but love the Iron Maiden feeling.

Did you know the Iron Maiden wasn't actually a real thing? It was made up to show how barbaric things used to be... but it was exactly that, made up

.

I didn´t know that.
And just to specify, I didn´t play "blind", as I have played the campaign many times before.
I´ve seen some tidbits of your videos, and you play some missions very different than me. Ie. mission 3 I go left and send the raven south to draw the trolls down into a fight with the Misneach troops.

I use a lot of general case strategy because I didn't know what to expect. I think with a little foreknowledge you can likely play a lot more cleanly than I did in my Legends campaign. But you know, I try to avoid knowing things in advance because it makes games far too easy for me if I do.
