Hello All, I thought i'd give my try at making a story driven campaign...
This campaign is based on the chronological combat diary of the 2nd Guards "Tamanskaya" Rifle Division.
The 2nd Guards Rifle Division was only promoted to Guards after the Battle of Smolensk in August 1941 during the height of Operation Barbarossa. After escaping encirclement the survivors were promoted to Guardsmen and sent to Ukraine to stop the Germans at Kursk. They counter attacked during the Winter Offensive of 1941/42, after the Germans announced their real plan with Case Blau and the rush to Stalingrad; The 2nd Guards were deployed to the Causacus to defend the oilfields at Baku. By January 1943 the tide had turned at Stalingrad and the 2nd Guards were right on the heel of the retreating Germans, chasing them all the way to Kuban; Just in time for the Novorossiysk-Taman offensive operation; Where the 2nd Guards earned their title - "Tamanskaya" after liberating the town after a fearless push. After their new title the Guardsmen were once again in a position to liberate Kerch, after crossing the strait and making a small bridgehead, the Guardsman along with Marines and the Azov Flotilla they pushed into Kerch and liberated the town with heavy losses. After being pulled off the line they were then redirected to the north in Lithuania for Operation Bagration, where they would spearhead the assault to Memel and successfully cut off Army Group North. The 2nd Guards Rifle Division would finally end the war in East Prussia at Königsberg (Today called Kalliningrad) after over 1200 days of combat, thousands of losses, the 2nd Guards Rifle Division is one of the few highly decorated divisions of the Soviet Union.
Bugs:
Some missions that require you to destroy or guard units may not work, resulting in the mission becoming "unwin-able" if you find any of these missions make sure to mention down below
Install
To install the Campaign, Unzip the folder here - *Drive*:\Users\*Your Name*\Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps 2\Campaigns
if you dont see a Campaigns Folder in your Panzer Corps 2 then make a folder and place Tman Warriors inside
Changelog
Added a supply hex on the 1st mission to call in units
removed the supply hex on the 2nd mission to prevent cheating
changed memel's rounds from 14 to 16
added deploy zones to Taman and Nemel missions
changed objective on `End of Beginning` mission from "Capture all Victory Hexes" to "Capture victory hexes"

Thank you for this campaign allowing us to play with the Soviets for the first time but in the first mission we can buy units but not deploy them (?)

The first 3 missions are somewhat of a tutorial, the Smolensk arc of the campaign, theres no time or place to call in reinforcements, since territory is overrun quickly by the Germans. I might add that the 1st 3 missions are also the most difficult, since you cannot deploy units and the Germans are more experienced than your forces.

But why can we buy units in the first turn if we can’t deploy them??????

For the rest of the campaign? its the option of choice... you can buy stuff and use them later or you don't, the 7 free slots are for splitting and merging if you don't use flexible command.
it also costs money to reinforce your units, which you'll most likely end up doing a lot

I’ve checked the first scenario and found hex fields for placing new troops exists, but you can’t use them because deployment is not checked on.
The second scenario has a similar problem. But as there is a supply hex you can place 3 core units.
I change both and can buy and place all my units; hope this is no problem for the author WookieeDavidson.
Additionally, I assign 50 prestige for all the flags which had 0 before. In this way it makes sense as secondary target to defend and conquer flags. This helps the enemy too, which I like too.
Greetings Peter
PS: I used the actual version of Panzer Corps 2 V1.1.5.

In this case, it would be preferable to specify in the briefing that new units cannot be deployed ?

Ok, so i've now made it in the first mission you can deploy additional units on the supply hex at the rear of the line.

I've also removed the supply hex from the 2nd mission, otherwise you can cheat and bypass the southern objective, and i also added prestige to the secondary objectives

Hi Wookie, many thanks for that campaign. I played the first missions without the changes now and can tell you that the pressure to fulfill the objectives can be felt every second. Especially the 3rd mission was a highlight for me, when finding the solution to the train by surprise and got it done with a huge quantum of luck.
Please carry on with this and other campaigns.

How exactly do you download the campaign, I downloaded the file, but it does not install or show up. I have yet to play any user made campaigns, so some guidance on how to install would be most appreciated.

@WookieeDavidson:
Is it really inteded that you can't use your core units in Nemel?
I see no chance to win it with the 5 aux units.
Even with all my core troops I needed one turn more then the max. rounds (15/14).
@Snake97644
As far as I remember you decompress the file and copy it in your profile in the directory:
My Games\Panzer Corps 2\campaigns

Look at the objectives carefully. It is not that u are going to smash them all. It is about protecting the trucks.

use an unzipping tool, like WinRAR or 7ZIP

I'll change the max rounds to 15, but however i cannot do this at the moment because of a bug with the editor

Yes, from main menu, but test function doesn't work
These issues should be fixed in the update which will come out on 27th of August.
