Where is the Mod>?

I can't find the Panzer Strategy section of this forum.
Thank you for taking a look.
Using the Steam version of Panzer Strategy.
I'm fed up with the Norway campaign.
It is so difficult that every drop of fun has been totally drained out of the game.
I want to completely skip
this scenario, and move on.
I find it impossible to believe that the developers would not have, by now,
responded to such a huge number of people being "stuck" on this scenario.
If I am unable to skip it, I feel I've been cheated, can't play most of the game.
I'm not interested in advice. I've read it all, and tried far too many times to count.
Frustration is not fun. I want to skip the Norway scenario and move on.
