Does the possibility of a double drop in cohesion increase as the number of negative cohesion check modifiers go up?

Yeah it's not actually rolling snake eyes that causes a double drop. It's the modified number you roll being less than or equal to 2. So if you've got -4 in modifiers rolling a 6 will get a double drop.

I was assuming that but wanted to be sure. Thanks!
