Slitherine

As an ally of Rome I've inherited a war against Cymbria. To my surprise I was instantly raided by them.
I think this is a bug. The AI shouldn't be able to raid in the same turn as the war was declared.

This comes from raiding being a stance for armies, you could do the same. Raiding is checked after diplomacy and if the conditions are right, a raid might happens.

Understood - unfortunately I can't raid
No big deal but I still think this shouldn't happen. It's an opportunity move that is not possible with anything else.
