Night Phoenix's Grand Campaigns

Due to my desire to have a Grand Campaign in the spirit of Panzer Corps i have decided to create my own Grand Campaign through Order of Battle. Order of Battle allows for much more diversity in storytelling/objectives etc. that PzC ever did which makes it great for that purpose. I had initially put all my hopes on PzC2 but that just didn't do it for me. I wanted a truly magnificent grandest campaign that makes the old grand campaign blush of shame, and this is my attempt to do so!
(Yes i am fully aware that the User Erik2 has already designed his own version of the grand campaign, please bear with me here.)

The purpose of this campaign is to provide more historical background, more secondary objectives, more meaning to your actions and more branching missions and even branching campaigns. An undertaking of truly a massive scale, and i need your help to do so! As an example one of the many ideas would be this: the ability to do a caucasus campaign in 1942 after case blue, with the ultimate objective: Baku!

First of all i need your help by your feedback, are there any bugs? (despite me playtesting) Any tips? Was something too easy/too difficult? How many turns did you have left, how much prestige, how many specialization points etc. All feedback is appreciated. All suggestions on to be designed missions branches etc, will be taken into consideration.

Secondly by the following: The first two missions are currently complete and i will share them here with you for testing. Whenever i'm finished with a full Grand Campaign it will be posted here, so the first update will be the full grand campaign of 1939.
For those who wish to gain early access to each new mission as i design them, they will be able to donate and for the price of $2, will gain early access to all content of that Grand Campaign as i create those missions. A lot of hard work goes into creating these scenarios and any small donation to chip in will be very much appreciated and goes a long way towards me opening up more time to do this. Donating gives you a link to dropbox where the new content will be available. I trust people will be understanding with this. Please keep in mind: ultimately the content will be free, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

But don't let my words convince you, but rather the game!

You can download the first two missions here.

Please let me know if you would be interested into such a creation, whether you would rather wait, or be willing to chip in to play earlier. How did you percieve these missions? Depending on the interest, i'll start setting things up!

First of all, many thanks for your purpose of setting a different, possibly deeper approach to the game. I think this is a valuable goal, and OObB has enough flexibility for creation and many possibilities to revisit the multiple theaters of WW2.

But this is no easy task. Some other creatives and designers are doing a tremendous job, adding details on maps, units, tactical and strategical information, balance of forces in place, historic contextualization, logistics and many other details that help us simple players to keep interest and participating in OOB universe.

I tried your first 2 scenarios and, honestly, did not see any remarkable difference between vanilla and other modders' versions worthy of note. I think that if you want to keep to your goal, you should dedicate attention to more detailed maps - instead of using the same we are so much used to play with, and try to include and identify the military units involved or, perhaps, try and create different battles not yet included in the menu already available.

In sum, way to go and good luck. If you need any further comment, advice or help in historical research, you may count on this community, me included.

Awesome to see someone attempting such a large scale mod! I was thinking, will you be replacing hero units with commanders? I don't think OOB would allow such a powerful unit like Oleh Dir to rampage across Europe, but it would be nice to see him as a commander that maybe does a lot of Shock damage?

Who would want to pay for something that we’re not sure is going to happen? It seems to be a risky investment...
