Slitherine

I blitzed the smaller factions except for those that had a navy, since I could not starve them out. So I made Achaia and Athenae into Client States and added Byzantium and Rhodus later. I had focused on improving money, manpower and metal, so that I had lots of trade resources for diplomatic transactions. I used these to get lower Italy and Italia Superior minus Latium. Then I made Rome a CS. Next I started carving up Antigonids diplomatically one province at a go.
