Zaragoza scenario design

I'm testing the Zaragoza mission on GM, and the AI arranges for the commander to make meaningless attacks that generate suppression and damage, followed by a Republican artillery barrage, and an infantry attack that forces surrender.

This is on turn 2.

I mean, I'm rushing to save the guy, and I'm going fast, but turn 2?

Don't tell me this is intentional design.

Also, I didn't even notice him dying, so it took me several turns to figure out. I had to load a save and look for it :D

Maybe a popup, like the one for Com. Vega's death?

Turns out that sending the Super Tank directly to the target area is needed. It needs to be on site turn 2, shooting and blocking access to the commander. If not, he dies.

Master of Blizkrieg gives it speed 7, max OS and some heroes.

There is no time to get cute and go over the mountains like the briefing suggests.
