FUEL and AMMUNITION management in Campaign.

As I'm playing around with the Editor I noticed that's it's possible to give a player a limited supply of ammo fuel with per turn income of those two resources.
I think it would be a great idea to to allow us the players to enable this limited resource amount to make the game more tactical during campaign. It can be used along with ammo dumps and other "building type units" to allows players to capture bulks of ammo or fuel increasing their own but lowering the AI's. What you guys think?
