Good afternoon,
in the spanish civil war campaign my 3 Mission map starts without textures/terrain , no mountains , just plain dirt/desert...
Any fix for this?

Without seeing a screen shot or more information I'm totally guessing but have you tried deleting the cache? That would be the most likely issue. Usually a result of a missmatch with an update caused by an anti-virus, permissions or some other local security issue.

C:\Users\[your name]\Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps 2\Cache

Delete all the contents and restart your game.
