It's this one, the confirmation dialog for saving an existing scenario. It seems to require double-clicking most of the time.

No problem for me in v8.5.4. playing a scenario during a campaign but actually with the Scenario Editor there is a slight problem with the confirmation dialog for saving an existing scenario that already exists.
Same problem with the Camapign Editor (saving a campaign that already exists):

Yes, I'm sorry; I should have been clear with my OP. It is the dialog for saving a scenario within the scenario editor. Same, apparently according to terminator, with saving in the campaign editor. It's consistent, but not absolutely; sometimes it works with only one click. I am trying to establish whether it's where you click in the button - sometimes designers forget to include the entire button in the clickable area - but no luck.

Bru, I run into it all the time. It has something to do with the level of changes you make during an editing session.
If you make a "lot" of changes, it saves pretty much with one click. If you only make a minor text change or something like that, you have to try to save it twice.

I think. At least that's how I've been dealing with it.

It's like the old word perfect "Are you sure you want to save your changes?" Only, it's not announced.
