How do I get the Spanish Civil War DLC with the field marshal edition? It's suppose to be included....GP

The latest version of the game 1.01.05 includes SCW with the FM Edition, With Standard and General Editions you have to buy the auth code.
If you go to New Game > Campaigns it should be listed.

Steam should update automatically, Slitherline and GOG should have the update available on their sites.
