Possibility of upgrading from standard edition to Field Marshal edition

From my Panzer Corps 1 application, I saw an ad for Panzer Corps 2, so I clicked on the link and was taken to the order page and purchased the version shown as available, which apparently was the "Standard" version, not realizing there was a "deluxe" Field Marshal version. Is there a way I might be able to "upgrade" my standard version to the Field Marshal version?

Would it be possible to refund to buy the colonel edition? ... It's 2020, we should be able to pay the difference between the two. to gain access to the filed marshal or other editions, this is just anti-consumer stuff being pulled.
