Is there any diplomatic option ?

Hello everybody,
the prussian General Carl von Clausewitz said "Der Krieg ist eine bloße Fortsetzung der Politik unter Einbeziehung anderer Mittel”......"War is just the continuation of politics by inclusion of other means". Well, there is lots of war in CEAW, but I missing diplomatic options. I would like to explain why.
After Germany and Russia raided Poland in 1939, they signed a non-aggression treaty. This enabled Hitler to raid western Europe, and Stalin to set up his armed forces. Fortunately Hitler failed to raid the United Kingdom. It's my personal believe that this was Hitlers first and most aggravating military mistake. Accepting the evacuation of the British Expeditionary Force from Dunkerque, followed by the half-hearted deployment of Luftwaffe allcoation to win the Battle over Britian and in result the cancellation of Opertaion Sea Lion made the Unted Kingdom the biggest U.S. Aircraft carrier and the base for the allied Operation Neptune (D-Day). Hitler was constrained to leave lots of military equipment and supply in western Europe (and northern Africa) that could not avoid the annihilation of the German cities and industries by the RAF/ USAF and later on the allied invasion.......well, back to topic.
Where is the button to sign the non-aggression treaty with Russia ?
I can't find any diplomatic option ? I don't want to end up in bunker, sitting next to a sheep dog and a blonde bavarian chick ?
