The provincial unit of the province the region belongs to (even if the province hasn't been formed). It can be seen in the province view, or you can use the quick-sheet found for example in the Steam discussions:

Same list for both eras (though notice that some provinces get a different or upgraded provincial units if the civilisation level is high enough).
