I own Field marshal edition but get an error message when I try to update. something about error when opening the FTP file

Usually this issue is caused by the interference of a Internet security program (a firewall, an anti-virus, an anti-malware, etc.) with the game update feature. Please check if any of your Internet security programs is interfering with the download from our ftp servers.
Alternatively, you can manually download and install the updates from your account's download area or from the download section in the game product's page.

You can download games and updates/patches manually from the download area provided they are registered an the account. Please see the forum post below which explains how to do this:

The DLC is still not available : There is in bonus option download of GOG galaxy : " 2 DLC (coming soon) "

You'll have to update the game via GoG client.
If the update wasn't yet released on GoG, you'll have to wait until then, but it should be soon.

Hi Jeff,

The 1.01.04 patch should have been downloaded automatically by GOG? Please check that the launcher and game show 1.01.04. If not, check that GOG has finished downloading the update.

If you are already on 1.01.04 and own the Field Marshal edition, then GOG should have automatically awarded the "DLC 1" entitlement to you account. To check, go to Panzer Corps 2 in your Library in GOG Galaxy, select the Settings button (the two sliders next to Play), then Manage Installation and then Configure. The DLC's should show both Panzer Corps 2 DLC 1 and Panzer Corps 2 Bonus Scenarios.

If they're there, please check that they are both ticked, if they are not there, can you please email support@slitherine.co.uk with your GOG account details and we'll ask the GOG team to investigate

It is now working :

--> i couldn't do that before but now i can . ( it was "grey" )
