I just finished the classic Wehrmacht Vanilla Campaign 1939-45. All the scenarios played in pure Field Marshal difficutly without any customization and most of victories were Decisive. However the Field Marshal winning campaign steam achievement didnt trigger plus I didnt get the Rommel Guderian Manstein difficulty levels either. Plz help!

PS: Not any mod used.

Use cheat code scn 0 to activate it. Restart campaign and enter it for all scenarios.

I didnt do all this effort just to get my achievement by cheating. I never used any cheat in any of my games. I ve never even thought of using a cheat. They shouldnt even exist in first place. I ve got all my achievements with honor. In this way I want my panzer corps achievement too.
So is it a known bug?

I have had the game installed on 3 differents ipads and 3 computers over 9 years, using this cheat code saved me a precious time not redoing all the vanilla campaign again and again to unlock rommel and manstein. Are u sure u managed a decisive victory in all scenarios?

Anyway I ll never bother myself to learn how to use cheats in any game. Its a matter that I ve never occupied with and I ll never will.
All my victories are Decisive except the last one. Getting all victories decisive is a different achievement.
The Field Marshal winning campaign achievement doesnt require to get them all decisive. It says win a campaign in Field Marshal.
I found out in the forums that there is a bug that doesnt trigger achievements after the update of the game to gold version. But there is not any support about this issue so far.

PS: Do I need to get all victories Decisive in order to unlock the additional difficulty levels???

You should get the Field Marshall Badge Steam Achievement if you pushed the button to play at Field Marshall Level. Try the GC 39 at that level.

Unfortunately the GC does not unlock the Rommel, Guderian, and Manstein buttons

I recommend Afrika Korps
it is a blast, but will take a while.

If you want a quick one, try allied Corps with America 44, that should get you there quick

You have to get a DV on the last scenario of the Campaign. Did you get a DV at Narvik? It is not too hard

There is also the achievement "The Grandest Campaigner" that didnt get unlocked either. If you see the achievements thread, there are many reports about this issue.

Just console command thought it with CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + C and when the window opens up, enter "endscn0". I know you are against it, but you have already legitimately achieved it and your cries for support are falling on ears long gone. This will at least give you Rommel, Manstein and Guderian advanced difficulties, which are game changers. You can't beat a Rommel GC playthrough. Manstein is rewarding, but one mistake can cost you 3-4 units and I find I don't relax. Enjoy the game and don't sweat the achievements.

run regedit navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software/slitherine/panzer corps and modify the ShowBonusLevels entry to 1. If you don't have knowledge of how the registry works, avoid this way because if you do anything wrong you may damadge your computer.

I dont believe that. Developers have always provided support to the community.

I tried it because I thought it gonna fix the bug. However it just unlocked the additional difficulty levels.

A correction. I finished the Vanilla Wehrmacht Campaign 39-45. I thought this one is called GC.

You should contact slitherine support then.

I persuaded myself and I followed your instructions to use the "endscn0" code just to see if achievements work at all. Well they don't. I only unlocked the extra difficulty levels but the Field Marshal achievement badge refuses to get unlocked stubbornly as any other achievement. Updating the game to Gold version in January seems to have disabled the achievements.

Is that a steam achievement?

Sorry, but I never said "endscn0" would get the achievement, just unlock the higher difficulties. Hopefully support can help you out, if we can't. I got the achievement playing GC '39 on FM. Never played the vanilla Wehrmacht campaign, since it mirrored the original Panzer General, so I'm not sure if that will give you the achievement.

Pretty sure if you beat '39 Narvik with uncustomized FM difficulty you'll get it. You could "endscn0" through GC '39 until Narvik, don't lose (at least a marginal victory) and the achievement ought to pop.

Well I started a new challenge on Multiplayer and indeed I got the Achievement "thrown down the gauntlet". So Achievements do work.

oh you need a dv on that last Americn Scenario west in order to unlock the Manstein, Guderian, Rommel levels, so I think you must have pressed a wrong button when you played on fm difficulty
