Regarding Egypt: because it depends on the amount of Turkish units on Egyptian territory: the more units, the greater the chance to join CP.

not really
but i tried to load autosave and ive seen very odd thing
its easier to upload saves than to explain what happened, as britain miraculously overtaken back part of north africa...
on top of that some land went back to surrendered italy? that kicked one arab infantry back to production queue
ive disbanded egyptians, as they had negative production, so they surrendered? thats new, i used this like anytime before, they had 95% morale status

Disbanding units from a freshly created minor nation is a deadly morale drain.
I'll give Egypt 1 garrison and 3 small garrisons in the future so Egypt can pay her upkeep even if all cities are badly damaged.
Also 3 unit graphics are missing for the very rare case that arab infantry units are showing up in the production queue.
Find them in the attachment and put them into Data/Graphics/Units.
You should then have 118 arab unit graphics in that folder.
Don't ask why they are needed in your case, because it's very complicated to explain.

ive copied standard infantry unit and renamed it to arab allready, but just 2, it was looking like turks then in queue, but standard on bf
now im experiencing something strange during "ost" scenario, it went smoothly, i havent reason to check it sooner, but in december 1914 germans and austrians 6 collapse points both... (6+6)
when i abandoned west front without choosing the "ost" way, they had like 3 cp together (1+2) during all the years until winning the war
following plan looks like punishment in contrary to disobey it like blessing
russia got 3 cp, it lost whole poland + brest litevsk + kiev + sarikamish, thats in feb 1915, one austrian cp dissapeared, but still its 11/3

Of course Russia must be retreating, when the majority of the German army appears in the East with all leaders and equipped with "industrial warfare" tech.
That's the whole point of this scenario: Russia on the defense.
With "not working as intended" I was referring to the 6 collapse points.
Normally AH and Germany shoud receive 2 collapse points if not reaching the war goal in the east by winter 1914.
The war goal is either:
- taking Warsaw, Riga and Vilna
or
- taking Warsaw and Minsk
or
- taking Warsaw and Kiev

i was referring to that too, as there is no way to get 6 collapse points if russia is harmless
winter is floating, not exact month?
i guess they had collapse points sooner, i will try to set it again
so this time much slower advance, lost tarnopol and i guess winter came later, maybe thats reason cp have less collapse points, it looks like they got twice 2/2 penalization (that earlier game three times) for each winter turn in 1914, first december turn they had allready 3/2 then they got next 2/2
austria got that +1 earlier

I think I found it:
the event script for "All East" war goals is applying 2 collapse points every turn until it managed to successfully remove Moltke from a German unit.
Maybe Moltke was not attached to a unit anymore in your game (dead or wounded), so the event could not be marked as finished.
An oversight.
The +1 collapse point for Austria is probably from Serbian tourists walking over the Austrian border.

or moeltke disappeared when falkenhayn came?

I'll upload V6.6 tomorrow, it has a lot of new tweaks, so just cancel that game or see how far you can go on.

im stucked in that game with last bug
but there is something... britain went in red numbers in countdown and in negative too, dont know why
it was quite close to join, 1-3 turns i guess, next turn it went red, turn after it went to negative and its "diving" each turn more and more deep
i started once more ostmarsch, didnt touch france except sinking its dreadnought
