Combat Prediction Bug ?
Since the last update(1.02.01) I have difficulties with Combat Prediction : from time to time Combat Prediction do not appear or hardly...

I'm getting exactly the same combat prediction anomalies that Terminator reported above. It happened after the last update, and it is a bit of a pain.

1) At Spain DLC the player are different sorted:
Player1 = you, player2 = aux (nat. spain), player3 = opponent
You can solve your problem by sorting it like in the DLC or you have to change the payer in LUA.

I don't know, if the first problem was managed with the last patch, but now it works fine.
If you make your own scenario, you have to define player 1 = you, player 2 = your AI Auxilaries, player 3 = enemy.
Then you can play with the AI control box from the SCW DLC. The LUA command structure need also a new
value for the player. 0 = you, 1 = AI Auxilaries.
All of that works fine for placed units within the editor or for spawned units!

If the Combat prediction does not appear then reselects the unit and then it seems to work

Yes, I've found that if you keep trying you can eventually get the prediction, but there's no rhyme or reason to it. I also see those duplicate predictions at times. The only changes to my system before this started were the windows 11 update first and the patch second, but it didn't start until after the patch. Are we the only 2 folks seeing this?

Surprisingly, these funtion for
hero assignment is a "bad function"???:

Nothing was deliberately changed in this department, and old scripts should still work (you can see that the scripts in Axis Operations have not changed). But, it looks like we have introduced a random bug that sometimes breaks hero assignment. We are investigating.

Yes this has only appeared since the last patch. On the other hand I have the impression that the scrolling has been improved ?

Problem fixed!
The cause of the problem is called the "deployment phase". Heroes can consequently only be assigned during the deploy action. Only the developer knows why this has worked without errors up to now. In any case, you have to make sure that the buttons for the deployment for your core troops have been clicked in the scenario parameters for each scenario, apparently it doesn't matter for the opponents.

The strategic view is still much more prone to crashing. Maybe 90% of my ctds happen when using strategic view, which is annoying as it is the most reliable way to avoid the plague of misclicks

After the patch, recon units that just landed from the landing craft, loses their recon move ability right after landing. (they can only move once regardless how they move and how many movement points left just like any other units)
just play SCW first mission and you'll see that (I'm too lazy to take screenshots but I don't think I need to)

I also have been noticing First Aid not acting as it should.
Thought the description was wrong, instead of "if unit doesnt attack" it should be "if the unit doesnt move or attack". Still have to check it, though.

Not exactly, First Aid does not work only if you need to use
transport to move (whether you can get off the vehicle or not) :
