Both are interesting options, so I don't see why not so long as they're both low probability events (someone could always just restart the game if they don't like the events). The biggest problem with the Serbian one is that Vienna's ultimatum was intended to be one which Belgrade could never accept, and it's hard to come up with a scenario in which Russia mobilizes if Serbia knuckles under right away.

Just found out that at some stage during the original design process Luxembourg, Albania and Montenegro were planned to be included as separate factions. Live and learn.

I get Albania and Montenegro, sort of. But Luxemburg?
BTW, if you're planning to add separate factions - go for Senussi and IRA

Certainly not, it's just not worth the trouble since I'd had to add bucketloads of unit and flag graphics for almost no tangible gameplay enhancements at all.

Did you try this method? Did it work?
1. download the zip archive from the link (for PotzBlitz you will have to first download the 3.2 version and install it like described below, then repeat that procedure with the 3.4 update)
2. unpack the zip archive you downloaded using Izip or another tool that can handle zip files on iPad. Also see here:

3. after unpacking you have a folder called "data"
4. copy that folder and put it into the game's main directory (where the ctwg.exe is).There should already be a folder called "Data" there. Overwrite it with the new one from the archive.
I HAVE NO CLUE WHETHER THE GAME'S FOLDER IS ACCESSABLE AT ALL ON iPad. IT'S JUST AN EDUCATED GUESS!
If you are lucky and have done everything right the mod should be selectable via the scenario selection screen.
If you encounter an error/crash/freezeup be as detailed as possible about when the error occurs.

If anything goes wrong just re-install the original game as you would with any other game.

I've just started playing this mod (my first for CTGW!) and so far I like it a lot.
I'll be back another day with more specific feedback, but so far I just want to say kudos!

Oh, I thought jailbreak would only be required to access Apple system files, not games.
