Problem with bundesarchiv is that a lot of their images are published under Creative Commons Share-Alike licence. The problems with that being:
"Adaptations of the work are always freely available to use and remix. Anything made from the original work is just as free as the original work was, and you may use a remix as a starting point for your own works just as easily as starting from the original work."

Here are three photos of my Great grandfather and a few of his friends in the Wehrmacht. All I know is that he commanded a squad of antitank guns and served on the Polish, French, and Russian fronts. I know they are not the best quality, but I figured I might as well try. These are all from personal family photos.
