I'm sure the reasons are well intended but i wouldn't do it. At a first glance patreon looks like onlyfans, without the age restriction.
There is always the choice whether to share a mod or not and with whome to share. I have been sharing for 10 years, as a hobby, and hoping that the content is fun enough to play as it was to me.
It is actually not allowed to ask money for (modded) content without a contract with Slitherine.
Just let's say that i am happy that i can still contribute to the Panzer Corps community, as i have been doing since 2011.

Let's finish with a screenshot of the latest Soviet GC update. ;)

Get the latest version from the first post of this thread.

New update includes:

The first hero for a core unit might appear earlier.
During Lake Khasan mission, the I-16 with the hero Sergey Denisov will join your army. (in v0.07 this unit appeared without a hero).
During Wytyczno mission, a T-34 with the hero Dmitry Lavrinenko will join your army.

The mod comes with my updated vanilla based equipment file. If you don't want to use this, just delete the equipment.pzeqp file from the data folder.
Thanks for the Christmas present, Niki.

Wish you and everyone else here beautiful 4th Advent and a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2022.

I'm currently replaying the campaign, making a few minor adjustments and correcting a few oversights. The final version should arrive as soon as i finish it.
And there is the other hero:

The scenario Mogilev41 appeared to be a tough nut to crack for some players.
Since i am having a new playthrough and making some updates for the final version of the first DLC, i made some screenshots of this scenario and check how that "machine parts" convoy moves east.

Hi,

It works with WinRAR.6.02
I had WinRAR 4.20...

Could I use your mod with PaK e-file instead of yours (PaK e-file is compatible with vanilla e-file) ?

Thx.

I assume it is compatible, otherwise scenarios built with the vanilla equipment file might be broken.
Just don't forget to remove the equipment file from the DLC 37-41's data folder.
As a head's up, there will be the final version of this DLC soon, it will come with a few updates and changes in certain scenarios.

Soviet Grand Campaign for Panzer Corps Gold

DLC 37-41 has been updated to v1.0.
This is the final version of this DLC. There will only be one update left, this campaign with German localization.

What's new in this final version?

Number of core slots reduced in Yangasala mission to 12 (instead of 15)
Few Japanese units added on westbank Tumen river in Lake Khasan mission, mainly for aesthetic purpose
Some name strings changed in Khalkhin Gol mission, Japanese airfield added near Japanese HQ, railroad added, removed Soviet HQ strongpoint (no purpose), village added
Corrected mistake and raised number of core units from 16 to 17 in Wytyczno (final mission in Poland), Petsamo and Salla (missions in Finland)
An ingame message has been added to the mission Viipuri
For the missions Brody, Mogilev, Yelnya and Bryansk an ingame message has been added warning that the enemy has the initiative
Name string corrected in scenario Mogilev
Several auxiliary unit changes in scenario Yelnya, number of turns raised to 20
Number of turns raised to 30 and some auxiliary artillery changed in scenario Winteroffensive

The download is available from the first post of this thread.

Now the question remains, what would you like to see in DLC 42?

This is an interesting and varied campaign, so it's good news that it's getting an update and that 1942 is under consideration.
There's usually one mission in every campaign that stumps me - in this case Mogilev where I've never even come close to a Triumph, and my only effective strategy so far is to aim for MV from the start. I'll have fun seeing if the changes help or hinder me.

Many thanks for your excellent work, as always, and for providing content for PC1 (which is miles, miles better than PC2).

Considering vanilla Soviet Corps does the conventional Case Blue/Stalingrad campaign reasonably well, and that the fantastic Soviet Storm campaign mostly deals with Army Group North, I think that it might make sense to focus on the forces opposing Army Group Centre. It wasn't so quiet a sector even before the Operation Mars. There were a couple of battles for Rzhev before Mars (three, if you count the big offensive after the Moscow battles in the beginning of the year) then a Velikiye Luki pocket battle towards the end of the year. The Soviets didn't do too well IRL, perhaps the player can do better.

From the Case Blue section, perhaps a Voronezh battle? A withdrawal and containment when the German offensive starts, then perhaps a counterattack? The Soviets did not retake that sector until after Uranus, but perhaps the player can do better.

thanks for this Santa Claus wish list, your work desiging scenario/triggers is outstanding.

Agree with imp44791, 1942 center section is the big unknown in east front, so as first option would be great, maybe in future extending option north or south of course.

I like combination offensive/defensive/specific historical goal among scenarios, this implies different units and strategy for each one doing campaign more dynamic not just take cityA and later cityB and so on...

Thanks for the feedback sofar.
I still have time to consider what to create for the 42 DLC, with the probability i will be moving things around from center to south. Of course, in reality, moving whole armies to different areas of operations would not have been realistic, but for the sake of scenario making, and trying to make some interesting mission objectives this is the kind of freedom this game allows.
As a second note, originally, i began designing this campaign with an official release in mind, after US Corps. But time was too short due to the deadline of PzC gold.
I am first going to finish the Italy Corps-Afrika Korps campaign, with the last set of what-if scenarios. But i should not withold the opening briefing of DLC 42.

Are you ready to continu fighting for the Motherland?

Hello Nikivdd!!

Thanks (unlimited!), again, for sharing your top quality modding work with all the community. This campaign looks like it will be great hit, and the new North African campaign is a blast to me!! :-)

If you allow me,I would suggest some slight corrections in the text of the Demyansk Pocket scenario you uploaded in the previous posting:

In the last sentence of the first paragraph, where it says "Nothing less is expected but to perform..." it would be better to write "Nothing less is expected from you, but to perform..."

Also, in the last paragraph, where it says "Your political comissar got taken ill..." it would be better, in my opinion, to write "Your political comissar was on sick leave..." May be you find those suggestions useful.

Having said that, I wish you and everyone here a Merry Christmas!!

Very nice!

From a historically correct point of view, the following events could be mapped into the 1942 package:
Case Blue, Battle of Voronezh, Battle of Caucasus, and Battle of Stalingrad (part I), Operation Little Saturn (part I), Operation Mars.
During these missions it would be interesting to see how the allied armies of Hungary, Italy and Romania supported them.

The Yangasala scenario ended already in the 11th turn with a Triumph because of the destruction of all the tanks. I did not have the opportunity to capture Yangasala :o
