Every player has to play 10 matches.
Some players have alreday finished all matches.

I have encountered an apparent bug. The last turn I received shows Avis' move, declares Allied victory and then displays casualty count, so I assumed I lost. When I hit the complete button I kept getting "cannot upload to server" error and move stays in my queue. (other games are working ok) I'm sorry I did not bring this up sooner but I have been out of the country for the past week and just assumed the game would eventually be deleted.

Avis--if I did indeed win you may want to try discarding the game as I'm not sure how else I can get it out of my queue.

Don't worry about that bug of the game, Steve. The battle for me was over since I completed my last turn and I only could exit 2 tanks. So, the game was won by you.
