So I have set up two Ambush games, password "nuts" first come, first served!

As soon as they are picked up I'll load another two and when they go the last two......

Otherwise I'll collect anyone else's games (when they appear).

Just for the record KingT is making good progress against my Jerries and is thwarting my assault. Most amusingly at the Krauts he watched my infantry rushing over open ground from a number of cunningly hidden vantage points but opted to blast them 'en passant' using his withdrawing PZ IV. Spookily the squad quickly ceased to exist.......

Articpost and Reform are now fighting.

Wow kingt, carrying the Allies to victory almost entirely by yourself, along with half the German victory totals as well. I wish I had a prize for you.

I know many of us have moved on to Monsoeren's tourney but if anyone has an interest in another no frills go round after Ambush! finishes let me know.

Anyway, I was thinking Vital Village. As I remember its 20 turns or so, reinforcements on at random intervals and loads of fun. Pretty nice mix of units with some help from a Priest/Wespe.

Thanks, guys, it actually was much harder than the score shows, and I had some very enjoyable battles in which I thought I wasn't going to make it, either hold the flag or capture it, that's how close they were. That's where the luck comes in and convinces the adversary not to pursue either an attack or defense that was going against me.

I'm in for the next tourney, whichever map, once this is over.

I am very sorry not to have progressed to Monsoeren's event but POW between now and late June would embarrass me with you top folks.

That said..... I'm up for a Vital Village game..... On the understanding that from 26th May to 19th June I will be trying to avoid celebrity. (Golf, Horse Racing and Politics).
