Well, I've discussed it with the lads and all being fair and us Brits being good sportsmen and all that stuff, the unanimous decision was you can keep Ruddock, he was less use than a carrying handle on a Challenger* anyway

Well, if you insist, I'm sure that we can find him a decent army and put him to good use (as they say, it takes a squirrely cav-army player to catch a squirrely cav army player), but isn't there some rule against playing for different teams in consecutive years?

The thing is Dave, its easy to kick a man when he's down, but everyone likes to kick you whilst you are up.

Actually I think we like to kick him whether he is up or down.

Is all this just because Hammy isn't playing much ancients these days?
