While waiting the message of deeter, that is the only one lacking now, I'm going to declare my actions with the clarification that, after the random events
- (that eveyone can examine here:
http://www.lottomaticaitalia.it/home/index.html in the box "Ultima Estrazione", "giovedì, 03.06.2010" (top right) -
I got 3 actions and not 1.
In fact, before the random events , with 7 treasyry points (2 actions) and a stability of 3, I lost 1 action.
With the luck of a "Political leadership" random event (+1 stability & +1 action) my stability is up 1 level to 4, I don't lose any of my 2 actions, and I have to add 1 more to them.
So my moves are:
Grain distribution
Attack vs Cappadocia (indipendent province)
Attack vs Chalcidice (Macedonian province)
In the late afternoon I'll open the message of the other players posting a summary of the respective actions.

Here are the moves declared by each player in due order:
Seleucids (Lysimachos)
1. Grain Distribution
2. Attack vs Cappadocia
3. Attack vs Chalcidice
Macedonians (george 123)
1. Attack vs Melita
2. Attack vs Odrysia
Carthaginians (petergarnett)
1. Fortifications in Sicilia
2. Attack vs Garamantica
Gauls (deeter)
1. Built temple in Arvernia
1. Built suburbs in Rhaetia
Ptolemaics (batesmotel)
1. Built suburbs in Libya
2. Built suburbs in Cyrenaica
3. Attack vs. Thessalia
Romans (razorback77)
1. Fortifications in Bruttium
2. Attack vs Epirus
As anyone can see there are 4 moves interferring with each other, and they are the attacks from Odrysia vs Chalcidice and vice versa, and those regarding the province of Epirus.
Giving the fact that the Seleucid player is the 1st to attack, the contrary move of the Macedonian palyer will be considered aborted.
On the other hand, the fact that the Macedonian player moves before the Roman one, means that the province of Epirus, being the base of the attack against the province of Melita, may not be attacked during this turn, causing the abortion of the 2nd action of the Roman player.
Actions Required.
- Lysimachos has to challenge george123 about the attack in Chalcidice,
- Lysimachos must wait the Tuesday 8th lottery draws (1st number on the left of the Napoli column) to know who will manage the Pontics in Cappadocia,
- george123 must wait the Tuesday 8th lottery draws (1st number on the left of the Firenze column) to know who will manage the Meliteans in Cappadocia,
- petergarnett must wait the Tuesday 8th lottery draws (1st number on the left of the Bari column) to know who will manage the Garamantics in Cappadocia,
- batesmotel has to challenge george123 about the attack in Thessalia
Actions in Progress.
- The battle in Narbonensis is already started with the Massaliotes attacking the Gauls.

I don't know why, but the reference to the Pontic People's Republic of Cappadocia reminds me something like the Soviet Union!
A bit anachronistic, though ..

Here everybody can find the result of the last lottery draw:
http://www.lottomaticaitalia.it/home/index.html
They are:
Seleucids: Napoli 34
Macedonians: Firenze 68
Carthaginians: Bari 63
So:
Seleucids (Lysimachos) will fight against the Pontics managed by the Macedonian player (george 123),
Macedonians (george123) will fight against the Meliteans (with the Illyrian army) managed by the Roman player (razorback77),
Carthaginians (petergarnett) will fight against the Garamantics (with the Numidian - Juba I army) managed by the Roman player (razorback77).
Battle of Narbonenses

The naked fanatics of Gaul have repulsed another invasion by the meddelsome Masiliotes, this time without the benefit of hills or honey. It was a hard-fought engagement in the flats. Regredably, no leader heads were taken, but we have quite a mound of commoner heads.
Gauls: 47,640/15,568 40/48
Massiliotes: 46,500/17,099 42/41
Hopefully, this blood bath will appease the lottery gods and they'll stop annoying Gaul with fruitless attacks.

Thessalia has been liberated from the tyrannical rule of the pretenders to the Macedonian throne. The true heirs of Alexander will now rule in Thessalia once more.

It seems that to end the 3rd turn we lack only the result of the battle in Garamantica between petergarnett and razorback77.
Any news about this fight?

Garamantics suffered a defeat against the mighty army of Carthago.

Well, with the victory of the Carthaginians in Garamantica, opening new scenarios of a direct confrontation between the Punic and the Ptolemaic superpowers, also the 3rd turn is finished.
The lottery draws of this evening, then, will decide the random events for the next turn.
Tomorrow I'll post the results and maybe already this evening a summary of the last turn with the updated map.

The summary of the 3rd turn has already been posted in the devoted thread and the results of the lottery draws of this evening are the following:
Carthaginians: Bari 75 5 80
Gauls: Cagliari 77 66 34
Macedonians: Firenze 43 2 57
Ptolemaics: Genova 50 14 52
Romans: Milano 16 3 9
Seleucids: Napoli 37 82 76
and you may control them here:
http://www.lottomaticaitalia.it/home/index.html
It means that the player sequence will be this one:
1. Gauls [77]
2. Carthaginians [75]
3. Ptolemaics [50]
4. Macedonians [43]
5. Seleucids [37]
6. Romans [16]
The random events that affect the players during the 4th turn are the subsequent (rather gloomy this time):
Gauls [66] Great Blaze / the player can destroy 1 enemy temple of his choice
Carthaginians [5] Political Strife / -1 stability and -1 action
Ptolemaics [14] Famine / -1 stability
Macedonians [2] Political Strife / -1 stability and -1 action
Seleucids [82] Administrative Reforms / +1 action
Romans [3] Political Strife / -1 stability and -1 action
Now deeter has to declare wich temple will be destroyed by a great blaze within Sunday at 24.00 GMT.
Then all the players are requested to PM me their actions within Tuesday at 16.00 GMT so, if it will be necessary, we should use the lottery draws of Tuesday (each draw is made at 20.00).

deeter has declared that the great blaze ordered by the God Lugos, who presides over storms and lightnings, has destroyed the Punic temple in Africa to avenge the Carthaginian invasion of Celtiberia.
So let all you PM your moves within tuesday at 16.00 GMT.

It's good to see that you have decided to stop harrassing the peace and freedom loving Pontics of Cappadotia. Maybe if you're nice they'll agree to an alliance
