Made my recce and found apollo.

One information for all of you who try to reach the stadium by metro.
The metro line is closed after Kalithea station you have to leave metro and go to the end of a small pedestrian area beside of the metro station. Right hand side are buses which go to the football stadium. It takes about an extra 30 minutes.
For those of you who stay at the city center, the Tram which starts at Sydagma place goes to the stadium as well. It takes about 45 minutes without a change.

The Greeks should build up a SAR team for all the others.

yep, New Zealand just like Wales except:

1. we can still play Rugby
2. we have real mountains
3. we have good local beer

to keep it sporting I didn't mention the wine!

Aah but you can't hold down a good tune. Very weak in the Baritones you see! That song at the beginning of rugby games - always out of tune.

And heaven forbid Phil "bumps" into that woman again ...was that a typo James by the way!!

1. It's wet and miserable.
2. It's closed on Sunday.

Just a quick update as I have managed to get to a working internet connection

Graham Evans ---- 97
Panos Thelogou --- 96
Dave Ruddock --- 95

So quite close at the top. I lost 11-9 to Graham in the last game, if we had drawn 10-10 (which was looking fairly likely at one stage) then we would have given the organisers a huge nightmare by the top three being on 96 points....

Obviously from my perspective the zero in the first game didn't help my final position any.

They also don have a clue about refereeing scrums either, Bryce Lawrence was an utter disgrace in the England vs France International.

Well apart from a softer draw in rounds 2,3 and 4 I suspect.

OK, if you had managed to scrape 3 points in game 1 you may have ended up with the same draw but....

I want to congratulate with the Winner, the majority of the army where made of Armoured Lancer Cavalry, winning with the Roman Dominate was very difficult.

I want to make congratulations not only to Graham but also to the Organizers, it was a very nice competitions and I enjoyed it a lot even if mine result was awful. Comfortable Venue, good Umpiring, correct players, relaxed climate. Nice weekend indeed.

The UK are still the best players but Greeks where the surprise (for me at least): they play only since last year but the play well, If they improve a such an high rate in a couple of year they can be more than a match for the Brit’s.
