To liberate their historical Ionian allies from Macedonian tyranny, the Athenian Greeks (280 - 228 BC) attack the Lysimachid (320 - 281 BC) forces.
Challenge for Indibil is up, PM sent.

Those Greeks have managed to raise two large armies simultaneously!
My Thessalaion allies have also intervened against the Greeks who seem to think they have a god given right to dominate the Ionian peninsula [and the rest of the world, for that matter

]. My Pyrrhic army was merely trying to march peacefully into Asia minor to enjoy some sun when the Greeks intervened! it didn't take much persuasion (read money) to get Thessalay to help out!
Pm has been sent to jaerho (aka Leonnatus).

To Chris Townsend:
Thanks Chris,
Happy to see PER v PYR as push of pikes - so for that event my Macedonians 328-321 BC will be putting in an appearance.
Look forward to a great battle.

Somehow or other there is yet another Macedonian pike army trying to deny us the chance to vacation in Asia Minor on our way to sunny Egypt!
So a push of pikes has been organized between Perdiccas' [Ironclad] Macedonians 328 and Pyrrhus' [Chris Townsend] army of Epirus 280.

As various Greeks and Macedonians have been putting serious obstacles in the way of the Pyrrhic army's march through Asia Minor to some nice vacation spots in Egypt, I, King Pyrrhus of Epirote, have asked my Pergamene allies whether they would like some exercise and offered them one of my pre-booked tickets to the sunny beaches of the Eastern Mediterranean. They responded with a resounding "YES!"
Arrhidaios has indicated that his main Ptolemic army would challenge Pergamen's right to enjoy those beaches.
