Yes, he is in default so you can claim now.

Pretty much neck and neck the whole way, as I remember it. I thought his knights were going to do for me. Towards the end one of my Muslim Crossbowmen decided finally to get stuck in and was the "straw" that tipped some knights over the edge, Alhamdulillah!
