A battle where pretty much nothing went right for the Andalus - who manoeuvred into some good positions, but had very little luck in the melees.

ancient british were hidden in a forest and tried to protect their flank with some troops , mix of missile troops and elephants destroyed the british one after the other.

Jtrillodmp (French 1484-1500) defeated mh5064 (Florentine 1424 w/ Neapolitan 1400-1442) 46-14

French archers hold in the rough terrain using their stakes, stopping the Florentine units on right side, while the cavalry and pikes managed to defeat several enemy units on the left to get victory. One more turn and the result could have been different, with several French cavalry units almost broken...but the knights did their job!

DIvision 4

mberisso (Polish 1455-1500 with Lithuanian 1455-1500) defeats JacobusRobertus Mongol (1230-1353AD) 62-39%

The Mongols tried a massive flanking maneuver but an unfavorable map and the resistance of the infantries slowed them till the Polish knights were redeployed and could charge the enemy. Thanks for the good battle!

Swiss pikemen are though nuts to crack but with some luck I succeded in outshoot and outmanouvre them.

final score : 61-49

French cavalry (expecially armoured lancers) was winning on both flank (clearly on my left flank, disputed on the other flank where some byzantine units passed the cavalry screen and could attack engaged french infantry). In the centre it was anoither story with byzantine skutatoi and, expecially, two units of varangian guard defeated the strong french infantry. In the last part of the battle, a lot of flanking cavalry charges occurred but, in the end, byzantine army was victorious. A pirrhyc victory, anyway. GG !
