TDC I is 12 weeks long and ends 7th May. After 12 weeks, 2 players are promoted or relegated where applicable. Season II begins 6th July and end 28th September.

I understand. So, for example, I have played almost all the battles, I would have already finished until May?

That is correct. Most players pace themselves and play two to three games at a time. Some players post all their challenges and may play many games at once. Once you finish your nine games, you were done for the season.

If you're wanting more games in an organized fashion, you might consider joining one or more of the evergreen ladders. These are permanently running competitions. You can find details in the tournaments forum.

Ok, I think that is a very long period of time. Most of the challenges will most likely be done in a week or two, judging from what I see in the classic and imperial divisions. I think that in the imperial one they have already played more than a third part. Have you considered what to do if this happens?

Hi there

It is a format that has been used for 10 or more years so it works. Not all players have enough time to play their games all at once and so it is 12 weeks long.

- I do not understand this could you please explain.

What a grueling match as the Medes took advantage of a hill and some rough terrain to force my flank before the Pikes and Cats finally started doing their dirty work and grinding down the Mede foot and horse.

Thanks for the game Kash'

That was a brutal battle. My shifty forces could only run and hide for so long… Well played Tim.
