Well Kme37158's Welsh really clobbered my Swiss...and that was my last game of the tournament...thanks to all my opponents for the games, it was a really great learning experience. The Swiss are certainly tough on the flat but they come in such small numbers and are really vulnerable in any kind of complex terrain....a tough army to run for sure...and especially for a newbie!

Looking forward to the next tournament!

Very close game in the end. zumHeuriger had a quite big lead after some turns, but I succeeded in turning the battle. Looting the camp late in the battle I think won me the game.

Thanks for a challanging Game and as i said you nearly had me in the end. The Mobility of the Sassinads were the key here after taking care of the Romans Sarmatian cavalry the battle moved in favour of the Sassinads.The Roman Legions displayed great courage and performed well being very hard to break.
Thats it for me in this Period . I must say the Sassinads were not the easiest army i have used and took some getting used to. Once i rid myself of the Elephants and opted for Hunnic allies the army became more reliable. Thanks to all my opponents well played all of you.
