Hurrah, it is done! My first custom campaign for Panzer Corps 2 is finally running.
I have to be honest: getting there was not easy. The structure for custom campaigns in PC2 is much more complicated than I expected, and at times I was really close to giving up. That makes me even happier now that it finally works.
When I find some time now and then, I will continue working on a small Pacific campaign.Hurra.png

Come back, heretic )
Don't worry, I'm sticking with PC 1. It was frustrating for me to spend so much money on a game and then not be able to make full use of it—including creating my own content. That’s why I spent a long time trying, over and over again, to at least understand the editor.I would have expected at least a downloadable, detailed manual for the editor. After all, I’m surely not the only one who wants to create their own scenarios and/or campaigns... I imagine.
My friend Toby has gone overboard again with that horde of Chinese players ) The Chinese 79th Corps is just an unstoppable, relentless mass of highly levelled veterans! Good thing God gave me cheats—I’ll add some turns to finish them off and wipe them all out while capturing the remaining three cities ))) More details, as usual, in the screenshots and replay!

You can use a trick here: don't capture all the main objectives in Changsha City right away. Instead—perhaps after securing the first four—first eliminate the enemy units and wait until the penultimate turn to occupy the remaining objective hexes; this keeps the enemy onslaught manageable. Essentially, this mission depicts the Chinese army's recapture of the city. The Chinese 79th Corps played a decisive role in this.

That works too. That concludes this campaign. Take a close look at the islands and consider where you want to land your units—only one of them has a harbor. In this mission, the player has more naval transports at their disposal.

You fought your way through the campaign in just a few days and performed exceptionally well. I think you have definitely earned the **Gold Yamato Veteran Badge** by now.
The Yamato ’42 campaign, however, will have to wait for quite some time. Once I have released the Taiwan campaign for *Modern Conflicts*, I will be stepping back from this forum for a longer period, although I will still drop by from time to time to see what is going on.

The **“Red Dragon”** campaign is now available for download.
The **“Red Dragon”** campaign tells a fictional military escalation in the year 2027, in which China launches a large-scale invasion of Taiwan. The player takes command of Chinese forces and conducts landing operations, air strikes, battles for island outposts, and combat operations on the main island. During the campaign, important ports, airfields, industrial areas, and urban centers must be captured. The player will face not only Taiwanese defenders, but later also American support forces. The missions lead step by step from the first island operations to the battles for Taipei, Keelung, and Taichung. The focus is on varied scenarios involving land, air, and naval forces. This is **Part 1** of the campaign; once time and motivation allow, I will produce a second part.

There’s nothing surprising about that, since I had some free time, and your mods, chapters, and mini-games are wonderful, amazing, and captivating—and I’ve been playing them for several years now! I have to admit that over these past two years, your skill has improved dramatically, and the game has become even more interesting and engaging! As for Yamamoto 42, well, let’s wait—it’ll be worth it, especially since, as I understand it, my core Japanese forces from 1941 will carry over to 1942?!

Yes, a photo of the Type 96 25mm AA Gun 3x needs to be added to the mini shopping options. )

Thank you for the praise. Sometimes it isn't easy to keep designing something new and bringing variety into the mix.

Yes, theoretically it should work; save your last save point.

I understand and appreciate that—after all, you have to balance the storyline with historical accuracy, which can be quite a challenge at times! But since you’re so talented at this, I have no doubt that even more interesting story-driven missions await us.)
