Alright, I'll keep my eye on it just in case I missed something else there.
I also noticed a unit surrendered today despite it could have retreated onto a river. Is that an undocumented feature? NO retreating into rivers or E-ZoC?

Maybe it was a major river? Units should be able to retreat to minor rivers just fine.

Yes, I noticed lately that units can't retreat over a river. So that answeres that.
However, I have another puzzle. I thought if you kill half (or more) strength in a single salvo, that a unit will retreat if no entrenchement. And if it cant retreat it surrenders. However, I have a case where I attacked a surrounded AA gun, killed more than half strength, and it just sat there.
Is there a special rule with AAs or such?

A unit retreats if all of its strength is either killed or suppressed. In your example it escaped with 1 point of strength (6 killed, 3 suppressed, 1 remained intact).

Confirmed, I'll add that mass attack bug to page 1.

Wurfrahmen 40 is way too powerful. One attack against a tank and it is suppressed so much that anything can kill it.
I'm loosing KV-1's easily.
The price needs to be put back at 545

With 7 hard attack? Compared to the 9 hard attack of a 150mm artillery piece?
Screenshots or it didnt happen!
And post it in a different thread please, this is not a bug report.

I can not move my selected Sturm into the forest hex. However, if I select the sturm above it that is on the river hex, I am able to move that one into the forest.
Seems to be wrong to me?

You can not enter thick forest. Only a road will let you pass.
Your not connected to the road. The unit South is adjacent with out a road.

Hmm, not so much a bug but an aesthetics issue I've mentioned a few versions ago; when one goes to the main-menu after playing a scenario for a bit, the main-menu music doesn't start, but what ever is currently playing keeps playing.

I don't know if this was mention or not, but 10.5 cm leFH 18 is using "7.5_cm_FK_16_nA.png". Shouldn't be using a 105mm image instead?

I think the problem stems from the fact there is no 'Axis Grey' coloring for the 75mm. I could be wrong about this, but that's my guess.

Don't know if this is a bug or a design choice, but I'm unable to deploy Fallschirmjagers as air units in the US East Coast map of my campaign. I discarded their land transports, but it still made me deploy them as sea units. This is the only map I've run across that seems to do it.

USA East Coast has no air transports available for the German Player.
So not a bug, but a design decision.
Personally, I think USA East Coast should have more transports available to the German player. 0 air and 1 train against 8 air 10 train for the Allies seems... odd. Trains makes sense, but not air.

The suppression needs to be reduced or the soft attack by two.

Kerensky, is that an artillery unit with a range +1 Hero that is giving it's half-track a range of 2? I've also noticed that a ground unit that has a +1 movement Hero gets that extra movement bonus with sea transports as well. Don't know if that was intended or a possible bug. Oh, and holy crap! Is that a 20 strength unit I see? You doing some more modifying? The 15 strength units weren't enough for you?

That artillery unit has 2 +1 range heroes. Only a single +1 range hero does not cause the behavior you see because the half track shoots as 0+1 or 1 hex. The halftrack here is firing as 0+1+1.
Conscripts are 20s (15+5)
What the bug is: Calculating of combat odds.
The Russian infantry should not be able to shoot two hexes.

After hours of playing final release I really miss to see the heroes benefits in stats screen. something like "2(+1)" or cummulative "3" but with different color to see that it was modified. The reason is that when I get hero +3 defense i don't know, if this is ground defense bonus or air ground bonus or whatever.

A buddy told me when you play without supply the german recons can move across the map ... i couldnt believe that and tested it.
Startet Scen -> Ardennes -> choosed the 8 wheel recon and moved the max range ... than i could again move the max range and again ... and again
until i drove in an enemy unit ....
i think thats a bug
