OK, so I am just getting ready now. The post above this one will be updated with every 2 matches that I draw out. There is just one player that I have a concern about and that is tmac11, a new player who has only posted on the forum once and who has not posted his army selection. I will include him in the draw, but if I have not heard from him by the end of Tuesday then I will put a reserve in if I can recruit one by the end of Friday. If not the player drwn against him will get a bye into the 2nd Round.

So that completes the draw for the 1st Round of this year's tournament. There are a few stand-out matches - Match 21 sees ianiow reunited with his camels taking on ConstantinIX, who was one of a group of very impressive newcomers to the FOG2DL in Season 7; then we have two "A" rated players Cunningcairn and nyczar paired together; and finally another "A" rated pairing sees harveylh take on Triarii.
I will send a group PM to everyone shortly so everyone has the draw directly. You can start your matches now and I will try and resolve he situation with tmac11 (who has been drawn against Challenge1) as soon as possible.

I have not yet been able to confirm sponsorship with Slitherine for this year's KO Tournament. I am expecting everything will be OK and we will get 2x$25 vouchers for the finalist again. I will let you know when I hear anything more.

To stockwellpete and stew101 , I am unable to set up my first round match with Stew101 due to not being able to see his list in the set up screens , presumably because I have the base game only. I tried to send a PM to both of you regarding setting up this game but my messages won't send , they just remain in the outbox instead of going to the sent folder...any ideas why?
To Stew101 , if you see this can you set up the game please?
thanks,
Dave.
