What happens to BETA for Panzer Corps 2? At the very beginning as soon as it was announced that BETA I signed up. I saw on the site today that I am not in any BETA project?!? I applied again. I hope to be part of the BETA team as I was in the Panzer Corps.

Beta invites go out in small groups so we don't get everyone testing the same version. That would be a waste of all our time and result in barely any feedback after the first week. The next release is being compiled next Sunday and should be released sometime later that week for which new invites will go out.

I have 6.2.20 buy preorder and register 5.2.20 in to beta test, so how long ....?

I have a technical problem with my beta. I got my beta key a week ago and I'm testing this on two computers. I have an old laptop (win 7, 6+ years old) and a brand new gaming rig (win 10).
I get following steam error on both computers:

An error occurred while updating Panzer Corps 2

This is how to get to the error:

- I have the game downloaded and installed (the game client interface shows that)
- I push play on my steam client
- I get the error

Note that this error occurs before the game is even running so I'm guessing this is related purely to the steam client integration part of the game.

I tried the standard stuff to remedy the situation:

- restart computer
- update windows to the latest version
- reinstall the game via steam client
- use repair download folder in the steam client
- use clear download cache in steam client
- use verify integrity of game files in steam client

Nothing helps.

Please, let me know how to remedy the issue as I'm not able to proceed with the beta test presently. I'm happy to provide more information about my setup if needed.

EDIT: Nevermind, got it working now. I had a typo in the access code.
