Il faut ouvrir Equipment.pzeqp avec Notepad, copier le contenu (CTRL + A, CTRL+C) ouvrir Excel et coller le contenu (CTRL +V) du presse-papier.
Tu opères tes modifications puis en sauvegardant ton fichier Excel sous le format unicode.txt, tu n'auras aucun problème avec Panzer Corps.
Il faut bien sur renommer ton fichier txt en Equipment.pzeqp

You have to open Equipment.pzeqp with Notepad, copy the contents (CTRL + A, CTRL + C) open Excel and paste the contents (CTRL + V) from the clipboard.
You make your changes and then saving your Excel file in unicode.txt format, you will have no problem with Panzer Corps.
You must rename your txt file in Equipment.pzeqp

With these 3 parameters you can load, edit and save the *.pzeqp files directly with Libre Calc or Excel.

yes, it is a mountain of work to insert a "foreign" eFile or a mod, like The Total Elite Mod in LoV REDUX. And yes, it is not impossible ... But without editing, there will be no success integrating a foreign eFile.
LOV in VANILLA UI ...
I think if you delete from LoV REDUX in folder "Expansion2" - "pc" all relevant graphics elements (in folder "UI" and "Graphics") and also one or the other "htm" file (in the folder "UI ") - eg "main.htm" ... Sure ... is it possible!
The alternative: Copying the scenarios to the folder Data is also possible. Under certain circumstances, but you must then edit at least one file in the folder "UI": You must insert the starting points in "gamesetup.htm" AND port all unit graphics (including audio, efx, etc.).
eFile in Notepad and a spreadsheet program ...

HIDDEN ALTERNATIVES
Already since the release there are some "hidden alternatives" in the mod that allow a more individual look with a little knowledge ...
Under Expansion2 - pc - Graphics you will find a perhaps interesting alternative to the current look of the minimap ...
By renaming "MiniMap - PG" to "MiniMap" (whereby you should save the original "MiniMap") you get now the MiniMap in the style of the old Panzer General ... Of course this can also be used in all other mods. ..
By a similar procedure (rename) can be further alternatives "activate" in the UI folder and its subfolders ...
An alternative headbase can be "activated", which was developed for a later UI mod ...
The flag alternative for the nations identifier in the unit info screen here also without dark border ...
In addition to Ultimate counterfeiting (showing the tanker's skull, not the SS skull) and General Model, all ranks of the Wehrmacht (including the rank of the Reichsmarschall) can be used individually ...
Not a real alternative, but an option, maybe someday (easier) to integrate more starting points ...

Unfortunately a little mishap happened to me ... In the current update (v1.1) I accidentally inserted an incorrect efx file.
Hereby I submit the right efx file!
INSTALLATION: Extract and paste the hotfix of December 18th into LOV REDUX folder!

Hello Mr Soldberg. As you can see in the 2 images, I changed some unit charts using Dwight Camo Sprayshop. But for the units circled in red, there's nothing I can do. I checked the equipment file against the graphics / Units folder (see if the units are written the same, which is the cause of problems), everything matches. Do you have any idea? Greetings. Hello Mr Soldberg. I wish you a very happy 2019. Despite the update of your mod, there is a problem with German heroes, mainly those of the German navy. There are no pictures. I looked in Data / Heros and there is no entry for the German Navy. No images either in UI / Heros. I tried to modify the heros file by adding a line (0 12 -1 naval1.png), 12 for the Battle Cruiser class, and a heros image named naval1 in the heros images but it doesn't work. Do you have any idea? Like all content, you can also find the customized hero graphics in the "Expansion2 / pc" folder under "UI / heroes". Take a look at the filenames of our submarine heroes ...
"naval101.png", "naval102.png" etc.
Submarines have the class number "10" ... Do you notice something? So try writing the filenames for Battle Cruiser (12) like this ...

Looking at the table at the bottom of your post, specifically the 2nd column, I would suggest another solution.
If ground officers are branch 0
and air officers are branch 1
then maybe naval officers are branch 2 instead of 12? (Just tested this theory and it works).
Naval officers are definitely branch 2, not 12. See if this solves your problem.
