Thanks for posting TDefender, you beat me to it. Thanks also for a good battle where you killed most of my generals! It was actually 61/56 though, so I think I get 10.9. Not that it makes much difference as Londo has just beaten me in the other game. I suspect he has won comfortably overall.

Fogman knocked me off a couple of days ago, his Samnites vs my Romans.

But I'll let HIM tell you the gory details!!!

Londo (Romans) 32/48 - Edmund (Gauls and Samnites) 51/51

The Romans were not keen on fighting Gauls in broken or forested terrain, so staged a mock retreat away from them, which had the desired effect. The Gauls came out to play, but were soon suffering from lack of armour (and good Roman dice).

The battle with the Samnites was a more even affair.

The Triarii were pillars of strength - they defeated everything in front of them, and not one of the four units was even disrupted by the end.
