okay I am downloading 4.1.1 again now.

I tried a bunch more times to download 4.1.1 but it fails every time even though it said it would take 15 minutes.
I'm giving up on this.
Slim will have to surrender the Burma road to the IJA and get used to building railways through the jungle for 4 years.

Yeah, my downloads of various beta clients crashed all the time, too. Have you tried that ftp client program?
Maybe Shards or VPaulus or somebody on Slitherine's end can double-check.
Dont give up.

I just downloaded patch 5.2 cause this internet is finally working properly. I dunno if it is suitable for Burma road.
Now I am trying 4.1.1 yet again despite giving up. Says 24 minutes to get it. It usually fails about 1/3 of the way in.

It worked! I got both patches 4.1.1 and 5.2
I am installing 4.1.1 now which is huge (why so big??) so it will take awhile.
Do I still need 5.2 too or is that for future stuff?

Yah I got 4.1.1 and Burma Road installed.
I didn't install 5.2 patch.

If you are running on a 64 bit windows version then you should install the new 5.20 setup 64bit version.

I'm am at version 4.1.7. I cannot install the new 5.21 patch even....yesterday I could not install the 5.20 patch as well. Am I missing something? Thank you for your time.

it's being worked on atm, as there was an error in the installer, which isn't a 10 minute job to fix, they thought they had sorted it with the hotfix, but it seems that was only for some, not for everyone so as the office is now closed, they will sort it out once back open on Monday, sorry again for your issues
