Not bad at all Robbie Boy! Aren't there at least two notable exceptions though in the guise of Auto Man Taylor and Scandal Burger Johnstone to say nothing of messrs Muir and Dick. The latter are more of a concern (I expect the former is an admin oversight) as they represent my homie wheels down to the basho!" C'mon John and George weigh in with wonga and lists won'tcha. As I'm now certain to miss out on the Scottish League this weekend due to a horendous uxorial error resulting in us camping near Edinburgh this weekend - YES - I am straining at the leash to get to Bayfog. I am sure the many adepts in the field will however cognise my lack of AM experience and take it easy on me over the green baize so to speak. Hunter

Hi guys
Just 6 left to pay:
Paul J and myself..................
George D is paying on the day.
Neil H, John M and John E are still to pay too. Can each of you let me know if you would rather pay on the day.
My main concern is we end up with even numbers on the day so all get to play as well as ensuring I get all army lists in over the next few days so you guys straining at the leashes get a look at the runners & riders.

shouldnt there be a surcharge for late payment? there's me potless while my wonga notches up untold £s interest in the RT bank vaults - sheeesh. maybe a 100 point cull on "tail ender" army points would be a better idea!

And here's me thinking I got an extra 100 points of troops for checking the army lists.

As well as the usual array of trophies; and everyone is a winner as we know; I have introduced a new prize this year. No spare had been expensed and it can be found on

Bob Amey has offered to buy me lots of beer if I introduce the following rule...... which i intend to do
As we are all friends in a small community- and its a fun, friendly, competition, i intend to implement the 'no games against locals' policy.
This means that throughout the competition- other than where results could influence the top spots - no person will play a member of their club or regular opponent.
Hope this is ok and we will all have to be flexible over it but it should mean that you should be able to travel knowing you wont be playing your club members etc

Hi guys
We've had 1 additional list in today; 1 withdrawn and replaced; and 1 withdrawn until Wednesday night.
Have no fear, that cad Mr J is not getting any info on the runners & riders until he gets his list in.
So in the spirit of the tournament can I play against Scots all weekend?
I'm sure Hugh, George, Hunter and John would be happy to oblige.

I have introduced a new prize this year.
What's it for, finishing bottom or most arselike behaviour?

You'll all be glad to know that Hunter has installed a handicap system.
He has withdrawn his 900 point list today and replaced it with a new list at 800 points.
You can't knock his confidence !!

Hi guys, just keeping you all up-to-date.
Paul J can't make his mind up from 3 vastly different armies.
Neil H just submitted his but it was 400 years after the cut-off.
Both will get army lists to me tomorrow; tomorrow night I will check them; and then the runners & riders will go up.
Then the fun can begin !!
