I did follow that and got it. However, I extract the folder into my c:programs/ Slitherine/panzercorps/mods open up game and the folder is there. It looks like the units show up but I don't paste any scenario files and the other stuff

Is it compatible with elite e-file ?
Or is it an e-file to be used only for multiplayer ?
