Anyway, those two serials are for Commander beta and not for Panzer Corps.

Your issue with beta is related to your system. The serial number you sent me it's a valid one. So your situation is different from Balla and Jmcmenamin which don't have valid serials.
Like I've explained in the PM I've sent you yesterday, something in your Windows is blocking the installation of the Panzer Corps beta. Not the serial.
It might be your Internet Security program, a third party program or even your Windows itself.
Could you please try the suggestions I've made in my PM to you? Or perhaps maybe ir's better to open a thread in Tech Support section?

Just to be clear where exactly is it failing for you. If it installs it means the serial number is good. You cannot install the beta with a bad serial.

The crc error means you do not have the main game installed or its failing to detect it for some reason.

Only one user complained about CRC error. We're dealing with different problems here.

Ok I think I have found the issue. The weird thing is that some of your are missing from the beta test list. Now this should mean that you don't receive an e-mail and don't have access to the forum but you do so obviously you were added at some point.

The reason your serials don't work is because when I send the mails out I upload the serials for the current list of testers and the ones missing from the list would not have their data on the server updated. This means they'd get whatever data was already in there. This could be a serial from a previous beta they were on or blank data. It would never be anyone else serial.

I've fixed it so next mail you should all receive the correct info. Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience - I really don't know how it happened. If you can just wait a few more days you'll get a new build and a new mail. Thanks!

It effects quite a few people so its not simple to resolve - the system is all set up to be automated for batch processing and dealing with individuals is a bit tricky

CRC error means that you must have a registry corruption or a bad installed version of the original Panzer Corps.
I would uninstall everything related with Panzer Corps.
Then would install Panzer Corps original version and next Panzer Corps beta.

If you don't clean the corruption or the bad installation of your system, there won't be any beta that will help you.

You may open a thread with your problem in the Tech support section and I'll try my best to help you. But understand that this is a problem in your system and not in the game or in the installer, otherwise everyone would have the issue.

Hello Zhivago, doesn't your key (serial number) for beta version1 work for beta version2? I saw you were playing beta1, so you should have a working serial you can use for beta2? My serial works for both betas (and is the same I got for the AK betas). I just downloaded the new beta2 from the updated first post in this thread (the second download link), deinstalled the old one, installed beta2 and had no problems so far.
