Could be a very nice gameplay i.m.o.! (maybe also including politics?).

@FlashXAron:
Buy "Commander: The great war" as soon as it'll be released and you'll get what you want so desperately. ;)

I'd love to see a western allies campaign with all major scenarios in Europe included. However, it would be absolutely amazing to play several scenarios surrounding Operation Overlord and beyond (from D-Day through Normandy and Brittany to Netherlands, Belgium and finally entering Germany).

I'd pay $10 just for a good replay game feature, another $10 for a MP lobby, with chat, a friend's list, a ladder with seasonal resets, and other such features.
I'm more a MP guy. Playing against the AI bores me to death.

I would also like to find a MP campaign where a player (from a pool of player) is actually playing the other side.

In addition to seasonal resets, you should have a global ranking so MP campaign scenarios are handled by players of similar skills.

Let's say a pool of players play against another pool of players. Each player plays his campaign though. The pools are just there to find an opponent to play the current turn. Yes that means several players will/may play the "Ai" on a MP campaign scenario.

Also I would like better rules of supplies and bringing new units into play. Spamming new units out of no-where does not feel right. Something along the lines of the railway and road network should be implemented.

You could also imagine a grand grand campaign where are actually the whole european map is being contested with several players playing the different scenarios at the given time. The next scenarios played will depend on the result of the current batch of scenarios.

The idea is to bring a MMO element to the game.

Western Allies I would like to see, after playing PGII,PG3D and PGIII SE. I would like to see the allies module in PC. But my heart goes to the pacific war because I live in that region and I was interested by it's great battles (ref Battlestations:midway and pacific). There should be allies and Japan plus what if's too. The cold war I would like to see Korea, Vietnam and the middle east too. (mainly Isral vs egypt+Seria).

also

1) option to disable combat prediction entirely

2) online chat lobby for MP games.

3) snow overcast and snow clear ski weather. It seems very wrong to have snow one turn and next day summer dry conditions.

also got a really good idea for MP maps.

Create a Random Map type with some basic settings (hills, plains) of course. It would be interesting to see how it plays out. In today's current fixed maps, knowing the map in advance is key to do well.

Sorry, but what you want is a different game. PzC is a tactical game and always will be.

Western Campaign would be my choice!

Ideally a separate British and USA campaign tree.

Battle Isle. It's about time someone remade this and PC is not to far away already.

There's already games like that out there like Making History and Strategic Command and about a billion others. There's no need to make yet another one using this engine as it's just not enough of a difference to warrant it.

What we need are more Panzer Corps "Pacific" scenarios like Guadacanal and Back to Bataan and Sands of Iwo Jima and Gung Ho and and and...... ;))

After the wonderful Italian Campaign, I would like to see another one with minors as key offenders. I would also love to see a defensive campaign!

ZeusImmortal, aren't the eastern DLC's mainly a defensive campaign from 1943 on? I'd actually love to see a grand campaign with more branches and which leaves the offensive and defensive scenarios contingent on the player's achieved results per scenario, pretty much the way the basic game was set up. You still get to play many maps either way, but there's the extra reward of feeling one's "won" in the end. In fact, AK did this albeit with just 2 branches. I have high hopes nikivdd's upcoming GTPG v2.0 mod will nail this.

I voted for Soviets, but truthfully don't have a huge preference either way. What I would REALLY like to see the most is a German Invasion: Amerika campaign that has the same scale and depth as Afrika Korps that takes place in 1946 or so and lets us play with all the sexy German prototypes (Maus for more than a few scenarios, Panther II, jet bombers, next generation jet fighters, and so on).
