Turk1964(Early Achaemanid Persian) 27/47 def Macsen(Macedonians)50/48

No commanders lost NoCamps looted

Despite the finshing score this was a hard fought battle on both sides with the game fairly even until the last 2 turns.The Persian Mercinaries fought well and will be kept on the Southern empires pay roll .Thanks for a great game Mac.

eric (Rhox Sarmatians) 16/50 vs turk1964 (26th Dyn Egyptians) 61/53

Mark/Turk lost a CIC/FC

Radio (Early Persians - Plataea) 19/44 vs phlewis (Ipsos Alliance) 39/39. It was a gentlemanly affair with nothing as crude as camps being looted or officers killed occuring.

The map gave the persians a very good defensive position and they were able to beat off a determined successor attack.

We appear to have three challenges against Aristides, phlewis, Deeter and Tiavals. If you haven't started your game you may like to challenge someone else, see the list on page two.

Other than that we are waiting on Aristides challenges and two other games too finish.

Egyptian camp was captured. No Macedonian leaders were lost. Don't think any Egyptian ones were either.

Thanks for the game. The Egyptian average armoured hoplites just didn't stand up to the Macedonian phalanx and they collapsed before the Egyptian shooting could take a heavy enough toll.
