Division D.

Despite good agressive play and a consistent stinging hail of arrows, Greek pike finally prevail. Many thanks for a well played game by my opponent, which was much closer than the results imply.

Bah a stunning example of fail dice and senile imcompetence :) well played Fedem for ruthlessly exploiting each mistake I made

An absolute thriller down and out with mistakes galore and rubbish dice I stole a victory in the last turn by my poor pike not fragmenting against elite bodyguards in a river and a tinny die roll but hey I'll take it

SailingGuy's Hellinistic Achaian defeat nyczar's Attalid Pergamene.
28/44 to 54/53

Battlelines expand to create a large crescent. Greeks hold the inside of the crescent, while the Pergamene try to sweep around the ends and crush the Achaian flanks. The Greeks press forward in the center and destroy their adversaries; while able to refuse both the left and right flanks and avoid disaster.

Game much closer than final result indicates. Many thanks to my opponent for a great contest.

Graeco-Bactrian [Alzado_77] 20/41 vs. Pontic [Sennacherib] 46/41

A good pike battle resolved by a fatal split appearing in the two wings of the Pontic army!

Thanks for a fun game. IT seemed that Pyrrhus average pikes weren't able to stand up to Alex's mix of superior and average even with the support of superior Galatians.
